They were able to give me clear and concise instructions on what info they needed to get a head start on my case. Ms Routten presented my case quickly and was able to get a quick resolution for me well in advance of my court date. I was referred to this firm by my attorney in California for a matter in Virginia. Once I managed to get to the right person, I was given a Zoom appointment for 5 days later, and the scheduling lady told me I needed to pay in advance $450 on their website system, which I agreed to do.
