I have been a Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union member for 30 years, and it has been a great partnership. In fact, my kids have also become members, and our oldest grandson just opened his account last month, making us 3 generations of customers! We have always been treated honestly and with personal attention, which is a cornerstone of Parks Heritage. Banking with a hometown institution is a great experience, and I absolutely recommend our Credit Union.
We have been with Parks Heritage going on 4 years. The only issue I have with them is there disputing hacking on your account my account was hacked 199.00 and 60.00 I received a call from the fraud department and had gotten an email saying that they were having problems with hacking accounts recently. I called to dispute those charges subsequently the 60.00 one dropped off, I asked about the 199.00. They told me they suit off my card I had to come to get a new one but I couldn't dispute till it came out of hold status. ... read more
