I found a cabinet on the floor, was $1300. The sales person is the only reason this is getting 3 stars, Claire was excellent but the piece arrive absolutely filthy, I could not believe the level of dirt all over the piece outside particularly but also inside. Customer service response was, dust gets in things, not our fault. Yikes!!! Won’t be going back and do not recommend…frustrated!!!
We just received our furniture and we love it!! the colour is beautiful, the quality seems very good and it is exactly how it is pictured on the website. Our experience dealing with Parks Furniture has been so positive.
