We’ve been purchasing furniture from Parks for a while now and have always been happy. We ran into an issue this time with a mattress purchase. Claire was very quick to respond and help. The issue was resolved and we received a new, different mattress. I’m very happy with the customer service we received.
I had been searching for an oversized table like this for so long and fell in love with this floor model we saw at the St Catherine’s location. The store was very well kept, lots of great inventory and easy to navigate. I want to say a big thankyou to both the sales lady that helped us and the friendly, very professional delivery men.
