Super friendly. Not quite as big as the Hamilton showroom. Lots of selection. Fair prices.
My wife and I have been purchasing our furniture from Park's (Hamilton location) over 20 years now. Won't go anywhere else. Great customer service and best prices that can't be beat!
We are first time buyers and were extremely pleased with our entire Parks experience. Our sales person Teagan was very helpful, professional and did everything possible to assist us with our purchases. An A1, rating from top to finish-even the delivery was outstanding-courteous employees and right on time!!!
My 80 year old parents bought a bed and had it delivered. They were told that it would be assembled by them. Long story they did not assemble, they did not offer my parents any support AND the bed frame was warped! They sold them garbage and would not help! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
Parks Furniture in St Catharines has an absolute gem in their sales consultant Jazylin Smits. She has gone over and beyond searching out a product that I have been looking for! It seems that any time she is not busy she continues to search out different products that I am looking for, sending me details and contacting the manufacturer to obtain information on product links that are not listed. Keep her happy as it would be Parks loss if they were to lose her as their sales consultant!
