I hope those with negative reviews and not good experiences are sharing the problems and talking to the right people, in the facilities or corporate office, who can make a difference and improve the processes or fix the problems. Our mission and values are important and we will continue to strive and meet them. Please tell us in effective ways with constructive criticism, so we can improve the quality of care. This is the most deceitful place I know about. Pull the sheets back! Question them! Don't assume your family member is taken care off. Call the state and see what they have been tagged for! Several hundred UNANSWERED call lights in a matter of a few weeks! SEVERAL HUNDRED! Was one of those call lights your family member? Mine was! They have lied to us! I would NEVER send a loved one to a care initiative facility!! Never enough Staff, the staff that are there are rude and unpleasant. I have personally witnessed too many things to even refer someone to a CI facility!! Speaking specifically of the 3 here locally; Ravenwood, Windsor, and Northcrest.
