Horrible office management!!! I called to make a appointment for my parents to look, lady was rude and said basically told them to look online because the 2 bedroom wasn't open to see, they just wanted to at least see the one bedroom.. made the appt at 8:00 on a Wednesday .. the lady didn't show up, I had to call the office and then they acted like I shouldn't even call and ask why one showed up.. she finally met my parents.. told them they had 10 minutes to look, was very rude answering my dads questions!! Greatest place to visit
Great neighborhood. Quite and peaceful. Neighbors are amazing. Downside is front office stays locked. When it comes to resident concerns or questions the response is met with a disrespectful attitude. Very dismissive and rude. Office manager is less than helpful putting it lightly. With the change in management customer service went south. With customer service I think it is important customers/residents feel heard.
Very Nice apartments, clean grounds. Amazing staff.
