We had a very smooth and stress-free experience working with Parkowski, Gurerke & Swayze, PA, when we bought our beachfront property in Delaware. We mostly interacted with Kelsey Cooper by email and by phone. She did an outstanding job of handling all the paperwork. We are very thankful to her and Mr. Vince Robertson.
Would not recommend to anyone. I can't speak for everyone that works there but I can however explain my experience with Ms. Benavides. I tried to see if she would be able to help me with a custody modification and she didn't do anything at all! She literally used me to make a quick 300$. She took all my info down and at the end she basically just told me to tell the dad that I wanted to modify custody when I could have just said that myself.
