Excellent customer service. The owner was very polite and patiently stayed on the phone, assisting me with several questions today. I greatly appreciated that and wish that more American businesses were that caring.
This has to be the worst company out there. They are nothing more than a reseller marking up manufacturers products. You will not receive any correspondence with out constant prodding. They will tell you everything is in production when in actuality they are months from producing anything. Cannot stress enough to not buy from this company.
Company is basically unresponsive past taking your order. We placed an order in April, still no tables. From staff up to Manger no return calls. We were an reoccurring customer, not any more

What amazing service I received from Mrs. Cindy this morning. She was ready for her challenge she tackled it with great attitude and great customer service and she had the answers for all of my questions. She is the prime example of great customer service.
