We ordered outdoor furniture for a community pool at the beginning of summer and received no communication despite reaching out several times to get an eta on the delivery. I received a call from the delivery company that they were at the pool to deliver the furniture in September. THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR THE YEAR!! After much rearranging due to no one being able to be at the pool for delivery, the furniture was delivered. Parknpool then had the audacity to add on a $200 late fee to the invoice! Excellent customer service. The owner was very polite and patiently stayed on the phone, assisting me with several questions today. I greatly appreciated that and wish that more American businesses were that caring.
This has to be the worst company out there. They are nothing more than a reseller marking up manufacturers products. You will not receive any correspondence with out constant prodding. They will tell you everything is in production when in actuality they are months from producing anything. Cannot stress enough to not buy from this company.
Company is basically unresponsive past taking your order. We placed an order in April, still no tables. From staff up to Manger no return calls. We were an reoccurring customer, not any more
