We lived in Parklane for 8+ months and it is still a nightmare!! Management is very stubborn and lacks basic humanity and empathy. There was a water leak to my unit from neighbor's faulty water heater and it took one month to fix it. We informed them on next day but still they blame us saying that it was not informed on time.
