Had to leave after a very congenial five month stay because of scent sensitivities. Fragrances worn mostly by staff. Parkland is not a healthy environment for anyone with scent sensitivities and does not have a Scent Free policy. Also found maintenance issues often got slow or inadequate response. Heating issues never attended to. Kept myself warm using electric fireplace I’d brought with me. Venting system didn’t work. New one installed after four months. Worst was three weeks of unsanitary leaking of cracked toilet bowl.... read more
