The residents are ignored and cannot get help when needed. The staff is mean to the patients and family members. The individual rooms are rarely cleaned, showers are not given as scheduled and the food is awful. I moved my mother to another facility and never looked back. If I could give a negative rating I would.
If I could give a zero star I would. Always understaffed, MOST workers sitting around on their phones, playing games, or watching videos, while residents are crying for help, sitting in their own urine and feces for hours. There are 2 wonderful employees that actually seem to care about the residents, but everyone else including maintenance are just there for a paycheck doing the bare minimum. Do not send your loved one here.
This place is NOT what they “claim” to be. NO licensed personnel, the “ vice president “ is NON EXISTENT”. Please do your homework. It looks amazing, but the care is SUBPAR!! 😡😡
Transferred my Father out! Would give it minus stars if I could.
