Met with the team here today as I am a healthcare coordinator and work in just about every personal care home and assisted living facility in the Lehigh valley. I can honestly say the staff here are a real team who is in healthcare for the right reasons. The administrator priya even has her own family members that are residents in the building. Kelly is the best activities director in the entire Lehigh Valley. She is a consummate professional who values the residents and truly respects their wishes and tastes. Kelly creates a strong, safe structure while still allowing for spontaneity, creativity, and levity.

The residents are ignored and cannot get help when needed. The staff is mean to the patients and family members. The individual rooms are rarely cleaned, showers are not given as scheduled and the food is awful. I moved my mother to another facility and never looked back. If I could give a negative rating I would.
