We had to move my mother-in-law ... The place is beautiful. We walked around and was absolutely blown away with all of the activities and things do around the grounds. The rooms are beautiful and was so impressed with the common rooms and game rooms was both elegant and relaxing. Stunning. We went for dinner and I was absolutely blown away with how amazing and friendly the staff were to the other residents I saw. They helped them, they knew them all by name, and was clear they are very serious with who they hire.

Hi, just read a report not praising Parkland in Ancaster, I moved to Parkland in May of 2025 from another highly recommended facility close by, I consider myself a very fussy lady and love good food and beautiful surroundings.
