Years ago I started in a group on a Wednesday to do exercise with Barbara. Everybody in this group is till today positive which is very important for me. Because of her approach , not only physical but as well doing something for the brain with her cognitive work she is excellent in what she does. Every exercise we do ,she makes it fun.
