I’ve used Don Parkinson twice both for estate planning needs. He’s super knowledgeable and responsive which was wonderful considering I am an out of state customer regarding Illinois matters. Don has reasonable prices with great service which I would recommend to anyone. His staff is great too and they bent over backwards to take care of our needs.
If I could give this law office zero stars, I would. I am currently paying off a debt for a local bank and I highly suggest they reconsider their council for handling their debts. People get into debt sometimes, but that does not mean you should treat them horribly. I have been paying off my debt since September 2023 and I’m always polite when interacting with them. I so wish I could give negative stars to this place!! Literally called and didn’t even get through stating my name before the lady that answer turned in to pure rudeness! I mean she is literally the rudest person I have ever even tried to talk to! Would not even acknowledge any of my questions. I tried to be nice she just become more and more rude then hung up on me! For a law office maybe they should hire some professional people! I would absolutely recommend everyone to stay away from this place!
Absolutely rude staff and the secretary for the office literally talks down to you on the phone and won’t even let you speak. She makes you feel less competent and belittles you for owing them $$. Super unprofessional.
