every time we go to the ky center I get annoyed trying to get out of the parking garage. Why do you want to collect the parking tickets back? What is the purpose? You have to pay before you get in. To me it just slows down the traffic, is irritating and does not make any sense to me. You could send the staff home the moment the concert / performance starts. Can someone please explain this to me. Thank you
