The woman working at the front desk clearly feels very strongly about parking violations at the college. So strongly, in fact, that she wants to make sure everyone who has committed one of these horrible crimes will feel properly ashamed and put in their place. If you protest to her admonishments, she will report you to the dean of students for abusing an ECU employee.
This entire office is a joke. I can't buy a parking permit through the website due to a constant credit card error. I tried calling the office and the only "help" I received was an automated message that hung up on me after a barebones response. I tried calling again and they immediately hung up on me. Maybe y'all don't care because you don't have to pay $245 to park so you can go to school, BUT I DO!
Constant mistakes with ticketing land permit billing. Their excuse is that “people make mistakes.” Their mistakes though are free. If you make a mistake and receive a ticket, that will cost you at least $50.
