Constant mistakes with ticketing land permit billing. Their excuse is that “people make mistakes.” Their mistakes though are free. If you make a mistake and receive a ticket, that will cost you at least $50.
I would give zero stars if I could. ECU needs to dissolve this office. ECU would function better with no busses, permits, or citations. This office is a waste of university resources. Spread the word: ECU needs to stop wasting money on a ticketing service.
It's a shame how I specifically remember Officer 107WWD, considering how he just loves giving my car tickets when all other officers seem to not care. If a car is paid for, and in the correct zone, AND parked correctly... why does it matter who's driving it. Instead of worrying about a driver who's driving a ecu permitted vehicle, how about worrying about the folks that haven't paid A DIME and still are parking in random zones without getting a single citation because I definitely know a handful.
