This entire office is a joke. I can't buy a parking permit through the website due to a constant credit card error. I tried calling the office and the only "help" I received was an automated message that hung up on me after a barebones response. I tried calling again and they immediately hung up on me. Maybe y'all don't care because you don't have to pay $245 to park so you can go to school, BUT I DO!
Constant mistakes with ticketing land permit billing. Their excuse is that “people make mistakes.” Their mistakes though are free. If you make a mistake and receive a ticket, that will cost you at least $50.
I would give zero stars if I could. ECU needs to dissolve this office. ECU would function better with no busses, permits, or citations. This office is a waste of university resources. Spread the word: ECU needs to stop wasting money on a ticketing service.
