Although the 1st floor of the place is nice, clean and friendly staff, when you get off the elevator at the 7th floor, it's like you stepped into a different world. Place was dingy, dirty and improper equipment. The conditions I found my brother at times was heartbreaking and disgraceful. His TV was stolen while he was hospitalized for a few days. I would post pictures but I will I can't do that to my brother even though he is no longer with us. You need to do better, these are humans not animals.

If you care about your loved ones, never send them to this facility. It is horribly dirty and the janitors are completely understaffed/overworked. There’s grime and stains on every floor, there’s holes in the walls and there’s bug infestations. Patients are ignored/neglected to the point of sickness or death. The nursing department is also incredibly understaffed and underpaid. The food lacks any nutrients, leaving patients weak, frail and in worse health than they entered in.
