I was there for rehab myself and they got me back on my feet.Now after recommending it to my sister-inlaw. She has gone there too. But nobody else had a bed for her!
I want to give a special shoutout to Holly, the activities coordinator. She helps me stay in touch with my dad from across the country and is always going the extra mile to make sure he feels cared for. I don't know what I would do without her. Having a loved one be in long term care is always hard, especially from far away. Holly is consistently available, reliable, and cares very much about keeping the residents engaged and as happy as possible through tough circumstances. Although the 1st floor of the place is nice, clean and friendly staff, when you get off the elevator at the 7th floor, it's like you stepped into a different world. Place was dingy, dirty and improper equipment. The conditions I found my brother at times was heartbreaking and disgraceful. His TV was stolen while he was hospitalized for a few days. I would post pictures but I will I can't do that to my brother even though he is no longer with us. You need to do better, these are humans not animals.

If you care about your loved ones, never send them to this facility. It is horribly dirty and the janitors are completely understaffed/overworked. There’s grime and stains on every floor, there’s holes in the walls and there’s bug infestations. Patients are ignored/neglected to the point of sickness or death. The nursing department is also incredibly understaffed and underpaid. The food lacks any nutrients, leaving patients weak, frail and in worse health than they entered in.
