I work with Parkhaven in the professional capacity to coordinate care for residents. My team and company is always welcomed at the Parkhaven facility and impressed by the compassion of the ENTIRE staff. Parkhaven has created a welcoming and family focused environment. This is one of the good ones. Authentically caring staff and a positive community. Mom was severely depressed and feeling done with life when she moved in 2 years ago. Now she is frequently smiling and involved in activities when I go to visit.

My father spent the last months of his life here . When I got the chance to go visit him at Park Haven I was happy to see how much care he was receiving. All the staff were knowledgeable, professional, kind,and caring.

I worked there and the people didnt get the cares they needed. The management purposely made med errors. The residents went without getting showers and cares because the managers didnt want to help cover shifts. They dont talk to there employees. I was fired over a text. Didnt even get to explain myself. Not a good place for your family to be.
