I forgot to mention how helpful Amanda was last week in getting labels on my mom’s clothing. She was so nice and helpful. She is always pleasant and nice.

transferred mom from another facility much nicer in appearance but lousey admin. in the super short time she has been at Genesis a change has come over her. she seems happier. AND the STAFF seem super great ALL of `em. my txs to Miss Whitacre fer her help & time.
