Unfortunately this law firm was used (by an extended family member) for the estate of another family member. They have been nothing but difficult to deal with. Useless, unprofessional & just don't care. Read all there reviews (its not a once off) No response to emails or calls, (the 1 email that they did response to was just 8 words) completely wrong details (names etc) on important forms (that they won't fix) sending multiple (high $$$ cheques) in the standard post (not registered) & heaps more. Engaging the services of this firm was the worst mistake ever. Very unprofessional, rude, greedy and unresponsive. Stay way from these people. I do not recommend them at all. They have made the process very difficult and unpleasant. They do not care about their clients and do absolutely nothing to help them, all they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of their clients.

I recently contacted Parker and simmonds for assistance with a legal matter. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The representative (refused to provide her name) I spoke with was very unprofessional and hung up on me twice during our conversation. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a legal firm where professionalism and client service should be paramount. I would not recommend Parker and simmonds based on this encounter.
