I did my taxes with Robert Parker and all went well until when I got letters from MDES that I owe taxes. I sent him a copy of the letter and got no response. I sent someone to the office with a copy of the letters and the secretary said I should take the letter for someone else to help me. When he prepared my taxes, he explicitly said he will take care of whatever comes up. Unfortunately that has not been the case.

I was in need of someone to help me out and Mr. Parker knew what he was talking about! He’s been very professional! He does a lot of my friends taxes and I’m never heard a complaint! I would recommend him strongly!

My experience has been terrible. I called Mr. Parker's office today, 6/9/2017 at 2PM, from my personal cell phone and Mr. Parker answered by saying: "Who is this? I don't know you!" and hung up on my face. He didn't even say: "Hello".....I called back and he hang up on my face again, this time without even talking. I then called from my office phone and he answered by saying: "Is this a UMC phone number? I don't owe UMC any money!".
