very poor service indeed, my product only costing £22 was delivered to wrong address and Parker products limited will now not refund me. Just keep saying it was delivered - it was left in a public space!! I don't usually write a bad review as I know how harming they are to businesses but this was so bad I felt I had to write this review so other people are not treated this way. Avoid at all costs, there are better providers out there

Ordered some spares for a brush cutter and they were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the shipment was damaged by the shipper. I contacted both the shipper (to file a claim) and ParkerBrand (to let them know). ParkerBrand shipped replacement parts to me that day. Their customer service was absolutely top drawer. The customer service rep I dealt with most was Mohammed, who was simply excellent. Great job Mohammed and ParkerBrand.

Put my new pole saw together and couldn't start it as was trying to start it like my old one , quick call to customer services and all sorted , great service and good product, TIP : read the manual

Products and services are amazing. Brilliant value for money and highly recommended. Great support if required from their aftersales team.
