I reached out to the Law firm to have a contract reviewed, that was in June. It is a 3 page document. I made my deposit for the retainer in June. I have had to reach out numerous times to try and get updates. We are now in August. When I spoke with Denise a few weeks ago she told me I will have the reviewed document back by the end of the day. This Law firm is a joke! On Christmas Eve our Apartment flooded because our landlord didn’t insulate the pipe they repaired. Despite ruining our Christmas Day, New years and damaging our electronics, etc . We were told yesterday that we need to clean out our apartment and vacate it entirely so that they can renovate it this Saturday after we paid our rent January 1st.
