This review was previously posted by my wife. Not surprisingly, it was quickly buried by someone other than our family. I will add that I would not recommend this company for your special day(s). For the most part, they are nice people. However, they did a poor job of photographing my daughter’s wedding and we simply can never get those moments back. Wow. Where to begin? We hired Jones Media for our daughter’s engagement and wedding photos because of their wonderful reviews. Although we were aware that every photographer is contracted through this company, in good faith we believed Jones Media had done their due diligence in selecting exceptional and, more importantly, skilled photographers. We hired Jones Media for both our engagement and wedding photography and videography. Unfortunately, our experience with the photography side was very disappointing. Our initial engagement photos were extremely underwhelming. After receiving them, we honestly did not feel there was a single photo that captured us well. Working with Parker and Ariana for our wedding was a great experience! I loved that they made us feel comfortable with posing for photos and video so we had a great mix of traditional and candid. They checked in along the way and welcomed any feedback. The price is great too, definitely getting more than what you pay for. The Jones Media team goes above and beyond and we cannot stop looking at our photos and video, reliving that day.
