The man that owns this company comes to our house to give a quote. I comes up as smart and like a guy I would want to work with. He states she used to be an FBI agent and looks out for the good of people (well he actually used to be a security guard at a prison, ha). First, they install our floors at an angle and when we pointed this out he asked why we never told him our floors weren't level, well we didn't know they weren't until then.... second, they put more than a quarter inch of putty between the boards they installed,... read more
