We worked with Parker Funeral Home to have our stillborn baby transferred from the hospital and cremated. We could not have asked for better care and service in a really difficult and emotional situation. Thank you ❤️
Lack of compassion. My elderly mother passed away. She wanted to keep things simple so we only used Parker Funeral Home for the most basic services (cremation). My father (married 62 years), sister and I went to the funeral home to make arrangements and do the paperwork for the death certificate. I was shocked at the lack of compassion and lack of professionalism demonstrated by this funeral home. Very sad to see them release massive amounts of balloons in the air today.
There was such a crazy amount of communication break down that 5 family members had to get involved to sort out everything. You would think that a funeral home is there to help take the burden off of you during your grieving time, this was not the case for us. I hope no other family has to go through the stress like we did.
