I had just wanted to share the one positive thing after having a loved one pass away a few months back. After contacting a few funeral homes that were very eager to get me squeezed in between a couple services they already had scheduled I had the pleasure of dealing with Tom here in Parker and was so surprised at how patient and understanding he was with planning and taking care of everything that our family needed so thank you Tom and god bless
Unfortunately, our family's experience with Parker Funeral Home was nothing short of disappointing and memorable for all the wrong reasons. First, the 24/7/365 availability that is advertised was made challenging by the fact that the hospice nurse was unable to get anyone to answer the phone for several hours. I’m not sure if they do this on purpose in hopes to get more clients or what. But once a week I have to drive down Parkglenn to get to a client - and they have cars parked on both sides of the very small road which clearly obstruct the views of cars exiting their parking lot. The cars pull out frequently into oncoming traffic - maybe they are poor drivers…but from my perspective their line of sight is clearly obstructed by all the vehicles parked there (which appear to never move and just sit there parked permanently).
