Parker Custom Security installed for us an Elvox Video Intercom system which allows us to see, communicate with, and admit whomever is requesting entry into the building. Prior to this system, we only had voice contact, but having the camera along with voice communication offers us considerably more security than we had previously. The monitor and voice unit in the apartment is sleek and attractive. The members of the company are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a great job upgrading our intercom system.
