My case was dropped a month ago. But there's 2 signatures missing. So I'm really being held hostage by the Parker county DAs office and a judge in the 5th district? I can't go on a much needed vacation..I'm paying outrageous fees for what? I'm not a criminal. I'm a retired nurse who's disabled. This is not ok.
Disappointed with Parker Co DA, Jeff Swain, as he refused to put Aledo ISD Police Chief Fred Collie on the Brady List for Collie lying in Federal Court, citing he didn't want to get involved. I question this DA's integrity. If any defense attorneys need documentation that Collie lies under oath for any future cases hit me up on FB under Chuck Cainiac.
