Very unprofessional and rude customer service, along with a disrespectful lawyer who showed a clear lack of understanding. They don’t even deserve one star. They questioned my rights as a citizen of the United States. I strongly advise against doing any business with this place.
When I walked in, I was immediately met with rude and dismissive behavior. Despite being a paying customer and willing to spend more for proper service, I was treated as though my presence was an inconvenience. The staff spoke to me in a short, unprofessional manner and made me feel as if I was a burden rather than a valued customer. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service any business should provide.
