Used several times and have referred. To book a shipper. Always picked up quickly and delivered fast and undamaged. Drivers have always been courteous and capable.
Came out to the parking lot today and my truck was dead gave these guys a call Got my truck started . thanks. Learned my new battery was completely dead thanks to them I got the info correct. Save myself a tow.

My phone call with the lady answering the phone was a clinic in bad customer service. Myself and most people have never shipped a car in our lives so ignorance on the subject should be expected... that's why you have customer service. I have a problem and Im looking for a solution. This gal's tone was wrong from the get go. Got frustrated with me for not knowing the nuances of things she clearly knows and expects her callers to know.
