Needed to get my mom into a nursing facility in the Township. I completed the on line contact request yesterday. Called 3 times today. Left 1 voice mail. No one ever responded.
Communication is absolutely horrible. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. My mom is a patient and she tried to call for assistance for 4 hours. No one ever showed up. I called and the phone just rang and rang and rang. No one calls you back regardless of how many messages I left

I loved this facility, my husband was taken there after his surgery, the facility was & is beautiful & the staff was fabulous, my husband received excellent care. During his time there I would recommend to all my family & friends to check out this place you won't go wrong
This is my husbands google account, but it was my 94 year old mother that was admitted to the rehab at Parker for 3 weeks for a sacral pressure sore. She needed the wound vac , which honestly, was a miracle cure in allowing her wound to heal to a point that allowed her to return to her assisted living.
