I have tried to contact them multiple times since 11/9/24 when my order was originally placed online. I did on 12/18/24 receive a message stating my order would be shipped that day. Here it is 1/22/25 and still nothing. Definitely do NOT recommend purchasing anything online. And can hardly get a response. I’ve tried to be patient, but at this point, this is ridiculous. If I could leave a negative star I would. At this point I just want my money back.

I have placed an order on 10/30 and have not received anything not even an email response now on 12/7. Would not order on their website unless you want your money taken.
