If I could give 0 or 0.5 stars I would... Awful at everything entailed in being a bank except taking your deposits. That they can do. Horrible at literally everything else. Staff is super nice and does their best. The problem is the bank itself and presumably its executives. So, if you need a cannabis account and no other bank will accept you...Parke. Otherwise, save yourselves the frustration.
The two customer service reps that sit at the desks are the most miserable looking people.( Sewell Office) Never acknowledged me while I was standing there waiting. No, “I’ll be right with you”, Never looked up at me. Finally a teller came over and she had to ask one of the reps to help me. You need some friendly employees in that office. Maybe give them some training. Also, I never heard of a bank not being able to fax something for a customer.
