The two customer service reps that sit at the desks are the most miserable looking people.( Sewell Office) Never acknowledged me while I was standing there waiting. No, “I’ll be right with you”, Never looked up at me. Finally a teller came over and she had to ask one of the reps to help me. You need some friendly employees in that office.
