This location has gone to crud in a hand basket! “Customer service” is non existent. They’re rude at times! And you know, it’s pretty sad that we have to pay a fee at another bank because y’all didn’t make sure that the ATM was full ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND NONE THE LESS!!!! And it was first thing in the morning! Will no longer be banking here! I’m tired of the pathetic incompetency. Park View used to be a lot better than this.
Honestly the best credit union around in the area no complaints here they are always so kind and I love banking with this credit union
In the bank service is great!! But drive thru service at the broadway location is awful
I am beyond sick of this place. I have tried several times since Wenesday to deposit my money In my account and each time, It was a new problem. Firstly, they don't have a night drop off or a working drive-thru; second; I have stopped there twice and the other day, they had construction vans out front, blocking the way In and out and today I arrived at 11:10am and no one was even working to do my deposit. I have been trying this whole week to deposit my money and have never been able to do so sucessfully. Please fix your pro... read more
