Don't be fooled. This place will cost you, and not just money. If your loved one is nearly independent and manages their own medications, maybe this works. But if they need real care, keep reading. My mother Jeri moved in when Park View first opened. She has MS and needed some help but was mobile and sharp. What followed over two years was a systematic failure at almost every level. DON’T GET FOOLED. My mother lived in the Memory Care unit at Park View Estates beginning in November 2024 and ending in December 2025. Based on our experience, there are issues prospective families should understand before choosing this facility. Yes — the facility is attractive. At first glance it appears bright, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, that does not necessarily translate into consistent care.
