From the first meeting to now the staff is outstanding! Warm, welcoming & attentive to each potential client. Luciano knows how to out everyone at ease & will not rush the process!
If you're considering working at Park View Estate, I strongly advise against it. While the residents are absolutely wonderful and deserve the best care, they are not getting it here. The work environment is toxic, management is a disaster, and the caregivers do not truly care about the well-being of the people they are supposed to be helping. The moment I walked in for an event I was greeted by a friendly resident and concierge. I took a tour of the Memory Care, and I was very impressed. The residents were engaged in the activities with the staff and the Activity Director was so kind to show me around and offer me some food from the kitchen. My father has been at Park View Estates Assisted Living & Memory Care for three months. It is a beautiful place. The residents and staff are very nice. Dad gets help when he needs it. He likes that his room is cleaned well once a week. The Executive Director, Peggy, responded quickly to any concerns when I emailed her. Thank you, Park View Estates Assisted Living & Memory Care!
