Absolutely the worst customer service! We have split households and for some reason (without consulting with me first) they didn’t give my pictures at football practice like EVERYONE else. I have been reaching out for almost a month and STILL haven’t received my pictures and have been told numerous times they would be shipped, no tracking information was ever provided! Hopeful in the future my children’s school stops using this company or I’ll be going elsewhere for separate photos!!

Won't be paying for pictures from this studio again. Got my sons tball pictures and he's not even looking forward or towards the camera. The backdrop is just the field with weeds growing in the background. The whole setup was to hurry up and get done. Trash.

This company is absolutely horrible. My son was in tball and they were hired to do the team photos. I purchased a team photo but wasn’t able to see it, received no tracking number or contact info. When I got the photo my sons eyes were closed. I reached out to them and asked if there was one where his eyes were open. They said yes but I had to pay for it.
