Park Springs accounting refused to reverse an erroneous charge of $25.44 for a “guest meal”. My client was unconscious and actively dying and had been suffering from Dementia for YEARS. There is no way she was able to authorize a guest meal. Took it to the CEO Jeff Helms who told me the charges were legitimate. Park Springs also continued to charge my client for Skilled Care, laundry and phone after her death on November 7 until we vacated her room on December 10. Entirely incredulous.
This facility and staff are outstanding. They are super friendly, client oriented, and willing to do whatever it takes to help families of loved ones in this facility. It is beautiful, the food is good, and if someone doesn't like something, they are offered something else. My mom was just admitted there last week.
