Came in and bought a ball gown for $262. Had a death in the family so I had to return the gown. Ball and funeral are the same day. Initially she gave me back my money, but then I looked at my account later and they had taken it back. So now I'm out a ball gown and $262. I do not recommend this place.
I always come here when I need a formal dress. They have a lot of different options and styles as well as a variety of sizes. They have dresses from XS to 4XL which is super amazing. It’s a great place to go if you need a bigger size. The service is great and the staff are super helpful and kind. They also get alterations done fast and the prices are fair.
We have been dress shopping lots of places but this has been the best experience ever. Customer service was top notch.
