I really like my apartment but like other people have mentioned it was dirty. I asked to get the carpets cleaned and it was like pulling teeth. I expected this place to be clean before I moved in but that was not the case. There are live cockroaches and wings all over the place. Also I feel like I (too) got ripped off. Jeremy calhun is nothing but a liar. Will give you promises and commitments that he has no intention of keeping or the authority to do so. over 50% of their 400 properties have bed bugs not just roaches and not just rats that typically come with Apartments. But I am talking bed bug infestations their only recourse is to spread some dust they get from Ace Hardware and call it decontaminated. Stay away from Alvin calhun and Park Place properties they will cause you and your family much heartache and loss.

My husband went into the building and was trying to see what they had available. They informed my husband if he didn't have cash on him there was no reason to be there so we left.

If I could give less than one star I definitely would. Me and my husband have only been married a short time and are looking to rent a nice house/townhouse. Jeremy made an appointment with us and even called the morning of to confirm. When we showed up for the appointment I was greeted by a young man and an elderly lady sitting behind the desk. They own a lot of the nicer properties in Cleveland. But that's the only good thing about them. These guys used to be car salesmen and they fit that stereotype to a comic degree. All they care about is money, they would rather pull out their teeth than come do maintenance. Get everything in writing with these guys. And read your contract. Or better yet if you can go somewhere else.

Yeah I totally agree. I had my bad experience with these guys. We were robbed by our neighbors and we were the ones ended up getting evicted and the thieves are still there. The other guy was right, all these people care about is money. Stay away.

My advice for anyone considering these apartments is to move on. The two men running these places are snakes that I wouldn't deliver a pizza to. All they care about is money. They don't care who they rent to, and only care about getting every dime out of you they can. My advice would be to seek out an apartment that is not in Cleveland, but maybe Athens or Dayton TN, as they are cheaper and a lot safer. Avoid these people at all costs.
