Been waiting for a MONTH for my glasses, still don't have them. "They are still at the lab, that's all I can tell you." TERRIBLE. Some of the other locations are rather rude, too. Learn how to sound and pretend to be friendly at least. EVERY time I come to them, they are either made wrong, have to wait longer. This time, apparently the lab didn't even START the glasses until recently within a few days ago. So here I sit.
Everyone we worked with at Park Place Optical was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind!! We will definitely be going back when we need glasses again!!
I ran over to Park Place Optical, located in Encircle, on my lunch hour to purchase a new pair of glasses. I was greeted by Jessica, who not only helped me find a frame that I absolutely love but was able to get me on my way back to work in time, with minutes to spare allowing me to grab a bite to eat.
