UPDATE since my review... I was seen January 22nd of THIS year, 2026 for new glasses. Dr. Schalk is absolutely AWESOME! I have ZERO issues with her. She's fixed my eye mystery after having an issue for so long. She figured that I need uneven amounts of prism in my lenses, when normally it's even amounts in both. THANK YOU for solving the issue. I've been waiting for my glasses since February. They said I couldn't pre-pay because of insurance. So I was seen January 22nd, couldn't order or pay for the glasses till February 14t... read more
Been waiting for a MONTH for my glasses, still don't have them. "They are still at the lab, that's all I can tell you." TERRIBLE. Some of the other locations are rather rude, too. Learn how to sound and pretend to be friendly at least. EVERY time I come to them, they are either made wrong, have to wait longer. This time, apparently the lab didn't even START the glasses until recently within a few days ago. So here I sit.
Everyone we worked with at Park Place Optical was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind!! We will definitely be going back when we need glasses again!!
I ran over to Park Place Optical, located in Encircle, on my lunch hour to purchase a new pair of glasses. I was greeted by Jessica, who not only helped me find a frame that I absolutely love but was able to get me on my way back to work in time, with minutes to spare allowing me to grab a bite to eat. I would highly recommend Park Place Optical. Thanks Jessica.
