Edit: Park Place did reach out and apologized for the experience. Michael explained their policy on older cars but also explained that they could at least diagnose the car and offered to complete that service for us. Since we had already gone elsewhere, we were given a gift card as an apology to take our son to dinner. I have been a repeat customer at the organization in Fort Worth because of the excellence presented by this team. Initially we had somewhat of a rough start with my first experience and first advisor. However, they found a way to overcome that adversity which is impressive. Now my money is literally is going here largely due to my guy Ashton W. Keep on progressing
