I recently moved and had to open new accounts the customer service at the Millersburg branch was amazing Cortney and Shayne were so helpful and knowledgeable and made the process efficient and smooth. I highly recommend Park National Bank and the customer service at the Millersburg Branch!
I’ve been banking at First Knox/Park National since I’ve had my first pay check about 10 years ago, just for a little insight.. I used to have no issues trying to contact First Knox and now anytime I call the Park National Millersburg office I don’t get an answer. Which means I have to end up calling Danville. Also, the service at the Millersburg office has been getting worse in my opinion.
