Great place to do your banking!
Let me first state that I was a loyal Park customer since I got my first job out of school. That was when this bank was still First Knox. I was at least a 3rd generation in my family to bank at a Park Bank division in Ohio. This USED to be a fantastic bank. Friendly people, excellent service. That seems to no longer be the case. First they closed the Wooster branch which forced me to drive completely out of my way to do any in-person banking. The last two times I've been to the Millersburg office the customer service has bee... read more

The staff really needs to work on customer service. When you go through the drive up window,the don't greet you, they just say,I'll have your receipt out,they don't hello, they don't say have a good day , nothing!
