Over the past 2 weeks, I've had to listen to my co-worker argue over the phone with their Fraud department over a $1600 deposit. They refuse to release the monies. It has been a horrible experience listening to my co-worker go back and forth with this bank. Do not recommend.
Had a truck loan done with this Louisville location and it was a breeze. Highly recommend!

She helped me out so much today with a stressful situation with a car loan and figuring out where on earth the title could be. She is knowledgeable in so much and more than just her job.
