PSA Park national Bank in Hebron is a joke be careful! The more I think about this whole banking mix up makes me angry. I get the accidents happen. But not to even apologize. I have stress for 2 days because you misplaced $700 of mine. My rent bounced backand everything! Your clerk just looks at me like I've done something wrong. Aweful, DO NOT bank here. I've had an account with FNB for over 20 years and once PNB bought them out it has been ridiculous! All of the features I loved about my bank are gone. The ATM service I rely on, due to my work hours, has declined significantly. The customer service is no longer available after 7:00PM when it used to be 24 hrs. Little things keep getting cut off to the point that I will no longer be banking here.
Gets worse every time I come in. Drive isle, loan issue I don’t have the time or amount of characters to explain. Park national won’t have my accounts much longer.
