Scott Gray, the Bank Manager, was very generous in his time listening and investigating a car dealership purchase that went very bad. Very thankful for his compassion and drive for help rectify the situation. Forever in Scott's debt.
Terrible customer service
I always like visiting this Park National location since it is inside an older building and feels like a bank. This is a busier branch and sometimes may have to wait longer for a teller window or a customer service staff will take care of you from their desk. Sometimes parking can be a bit tricky since it is right in downtown Granville.
