RecommendedI sent a letter about my concern for one of their programs. I thought it took unfair advantage of the poor. A few days later I got a call from the bank president. He thanked me for my concern and was very professional and helpful. Don’t know many bank presidents who would take the time to do that in this day and age. You made a customer for life!

I agree with the other post this is the worst bank ever for making car payments. I am paying the loan off way early just so I don't have to deal with the BS anymore. I can't see a car payment of 128.50 with a late fee of 30.00. If I had been with husband when he bought this car I would not have let him sign a contact with a late fee that high.
