We went to visit my Aunt Phyllis shortly after she moved into Park Lido and found her incoherent and falling off the bed trying and get some water. She was totally unable to communicate and had lost significant weight. Her nightstand had fallen over when she attempted to get her water bottle. We had her moved to another facility and found out after she was lucid again that she had been unable to eat because her food was placed every evening beyond her reach.
