This review is from a previous employee. I worked here for a short period of time in which I had my grandmother pass away, and my partner ask for a divorce all within 2 weeks of eachother. My mental health went down the drain due to those 2 events and I was missing work. I explain the situation and how I was seeking professional help. Went to work after that and asked to leave early as I was nauseous (due to the new medications I was on). They took me to the office before I left and fired me. As a POA looking after my friend (sister-in-law) for several years, I want to thank Park Lane Terrace, for their wonderful care and kindness. You are truly all wonderful and my friend is so much happier and content in this environment. Her room is bright and sunny and always tidy. It is a pleasure to visit. Thanks so much to everyone who works on the 2nd floor, and in general, just a pleasure to deal with all of your staff.
