Beware this facility bans family visitation who reports them to authorities for neglect of care, Pa Health Department cited them after I got mom out with a fractured leg and other issues. Convicted Felons have more rights than imprisoned residents, They stopped me from seeing my mother since January 2016 after calling me a trespasser.. Under false pretense they cover up what they are doing.

My mother was sent to this Park Lane for rehab after surgery for a week. The PT and OT care were excellent. Although Most of caregivers were not very attentive to any of the residents. I saw residents sitting in the hallway with no one around. I witnessed residents trying to eat and couldn't. I help some. They moved my mother from one room to another without telling any family members. Scared us to death when we tried to call with no answer drove almost an hour to find an empty clean room. Considering this is a Nursing Home, I was very pleased with the care I received. The Staff are warm and caring. The food, considering other places I have been in, is above average. Very accommodating Private rooms. Thank-you Parklane @ Bellingham.
