We purchased a refrigerator online through the Park Home website. We confirmed information regarding the purchase by calling into Park Home. The money for this refrigerator was taken from our account. Five days later, we receive a call from "****" that the refrigerator on the website has been discontinued, and is no longer in production. On June 27, 2024 I spoke with ********************************* to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the purchase of an item on our website no longer being available from the manufacture. We have removed this item from the website. The charge for the item on our website never posted to our company, so the funds were not taken from the ******* account. i asked *********** to please contact me if this was charged to the account. I have not heard back from *********** or *********************.
I purchased a new Woolpool refrigerator stove and dishwasher in February and it was about 3 weeks they showed up to deliver the product , everything was great so we thought and that it when the guys left and my wife found a dent on the left side of the refrigerator I then ran out to the truck to try and stop them and they were all ready driving away I then called Park to tell what happened and even offered to send a picture of the dent and they said no we will take care of it.Well 2 weeks went bye and I called again and talk... read more

They ripped our flooring up and when I reported it they bounced me between managers like it was a game. Almost 2 months dealing with that till now when they said theyre not going to do anything about it
My wife and I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator (WRF555SDFZ) on October 25, 2021 and had it delivered November 2, 2021. After installation, we noticed water at the bottom corners of the freezer unit. Upon inspection the was excessive frost inside the freezer, further investigation revealed there was no gasket on the door. I contacted the store and informed them of this issue.
